Final numbers are required 4 weeks (28 calendar days) before the date of your scheduled visit. This ensures that staffing and food orders can be completed in sufficient time.
A deposit of $250 is required to reserve the date of your overnight and lock in the current prices. Your deposit will be applied against the total cost of the visit. Full payment, in one transaction, must be received 3 weeks (21 days) prior to the date of visit. Tickets may be added (subject to availability) within 21 days of your scheduled visit, but they must be paid for with a credit card at the time they are reserved. Numbers may not be adjusted lower once payment has been made. No refunds will be extended once payment has been received.
Any cancellation of an overnight reservation will incur a minimum $50 fee.
If you wish to cancel your basic overnight visit more than two months (60 calendar days) before your scheduled visit your deposit can be refunded in the method in which it was paid (minus a $50 fee). Checks may take up to four to six weeks to mail.
Within 6 Weeks: If you wish to cancel your basic overnight visit within six weeks (42 calendar days) of your scheduled visit one half of the deposit ($125) can be refunded in the method in which it was paid. Checks may take up to four to six weeks to mail. Rescheduling your overnight visit within six weeks (42 calendar days) of your scheduled visit will result in the addition of a $125 date transfer fee.
Within 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 calendar days (but more than 21 days) of the scheduled visit will result in the forfeiture of the entire $250 deposit.
Any rescheduling made within 30 calendar days of your scheduled visit will result in the addition of a $250 date transfer fee.
