And God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plants yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind, on the earth.” (Genesis 1:11, ESV)
There are over 369,000 flowering plants in the world. God created a wide variety of plants to produce after their kind. Explore Botany will investigate the beauty and design of the plant kingdom through interactive sessions and guided experiences in the museum gardens.
Open to students ages 11 to 18 years of age.
Explore Botany is a 3-hour program scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
