And God said, “Let the earth sprout vegetation, plant yielding seed, and fruit trees bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind, on the earth.” (Genesis 1:11, ESV)
Did you know there are over 369,000 flowering plants in the world? God created a wide variety of plants to produce after their kind. Explore Botany will investigate the beauty and design of the plant kingdom through interactive sessions and guided experiences in the museum gardens.
Open to students in grades K–5 (ages five and up). *One parent is required to accompany their children.
Explore Jr. is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
