Christmas Lights Glow at the Creation Museum

Christmas at the Creation Museum is in full swing! This event runs on select days through January 3, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. New designs are added to our spectacular light display each year, so even if you’ve joined us for this special time of the year before, your experience is never the same!

Here’s what your family can experience when you join us for Christmas at the Creation Museum.

Garden of Lights

Take a walk through the Creation Museum’s botanical gardens and view breathtaking light displays. As you venture through the Garden of Lights, can you find all of our dinosaurs? See Buddy Davis’ life-size dinosaur sculptures lit up with festive lights.

Live Nativity

Follow the star to enjoy a live nativity at our Wonders of Creation Stage in the Creation Zoo. Step back in time as you view a realistic re-creation of the events surrounding the night of our Savior’s birth, and reflect on the true meaning of Christmas as you stand before Mary and Joseph with baby Jesus.

TrueSong Concert

Join our Dove Award–nominated resident artists, TrueSong, for a fun family Christmas concert featuring original songs and some traditional favorites on select nights at 6:30 p.m. Check our online calendar or your daily printed schedule to see if they are performing during your visit.

Indoor Video Dramas

Learn more about events surrounding the birth of Christ as you watch prerecorded dramas in Legacy Hall, showing nightly during Christmas at the Creation Museum. The Nativity: Shining Light on the Birth of Jesus follows a young archaeologist as he digs deeper into the Scriptures and uncovers more about what really happened the night Jesus was born.

You can also watch Anna in Anna: Witnessing God’s Faithfulness. After decades of serving God in the temple and longing to see the Messiah, this faithful widow finally encountered the Christ child and held him in her trembling arms.

Plants of the Bible Conservatory

Head inside our Plants of the Bible Conservatory as you walk through the botanical garden to see it decorated for this special time of the year—and warm up!

Warm up Inside the Museum

Head inside the Creation Museum and enjoy a special Christmas show inside the Stargazer Planetarium (additional cost), experience the 4D Special Effects Theater, grab a delicious holiday meal inside Noah’s Café, and shop for unique Christmas gifts!
