Q: Can I transfer my registration to another Exploration program?
A: Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to transfer registrations. If your request is made 21 days or more before the program for which you are registered, we would be happy to refund your registration. For refunds, please contact Reservations at (800) 721-2298.

Q: We are unable to attend the Exploration for which we registered. Can I have a refund?
A: We are happy to refund any Exploration registrations if your request is made at least 21 days before the date of the program. Due to the amount of preparation that each day necessitates, we are unable to provide refunds within 21 days of the program date. For refunds, please contact Reservations at (800) 721-2298.

Q: Registration on the website is closed. Can you put me on the waiting list? Will you open additional seats for a sold-out Exploration?
A: If registration reaches capacity, a waiting list is generated. You must complete the registration process (except for payment) to be put on the waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified at least five business days prior to the program.

Q: How are Exploration programs structured?
A: Exploration programs are divided into sessions that include a hands-on lab, project, or interactive experience to assist participants in applying or reviewing what they have learned.

Q: Is lunch provided?
A: A meal voucher that can be used at Noah’s Café is included in the price of the program.

Q: Can I register participants under the minimum age?
A: No. This program is designed specifically for adults 18 years old and older.

Q: What should I wear?
A: It is recommended that participants wear comfortable closed-toe shoes (sneakers) and long pants/skirts. Participants will be going out on the grounds to participate in various activities.

Q: Do you have a group rate?
A: We do not offer group rates for our regularly scheduled public Exploration programs. If you have 25 or more participants interested in a particular Exploration program, please contact us for more information on scheduling an exclusive event for your group!
