Mark Your Calendars for These 5 Exciting Fall Programs

by Creation Museum on September 3, 2020

Fall is a busy season at the Creation Museum and our sister attraction, the Ark Encounter, every year with lots happening! As you look ahead to the cooler temperatures and changing colors, consider making a trip to the museum and the Ark to join us for these five guest-favorite programs.

Día Latino: September 26–27, 2020

Our first fall program this year will be our annual Día Latino. Join us on Sunday, September 27, 2020, as our Spanish-speaking guests get a special opportunity to experience all the museum has to offer in their language. This year’s program begins with a Spanish worship service in Legacy Hall (where there’s plenty of room for appropriate distancing between households). After this encouraging time praising the Savior, tour the Creation Museum’s walk through biblical history (featuring brand-new exhibits), Dinosaur Den, insectarium, and much more.

And be sure to consider arriving in the area a day earlier to join us for Día Latino at the Ark Encounter as well on Saturday, September 26, 2020, complete with special programming to make the day unique for our guests. Come experience both of these world-class attractions in Spanish!

Answers for Pastors and Leaders: October 6–8, 2020

Start making your plans to head to the Ark Encounter on October 6–8, 2020, for our 2020 Answers for Pastors and Leaders. Christians need to be equipped to think and speak biblically on issues of sexuality and gender, and that’s why the theme this year is “The Bible and Sexuality: Practical Answers for Today’s World.”

This opportunity is open to everyone. Whether you’re a pastor or a pastor’s wife, a Christian leader, a high school or college student, a parent, a grandparent, or a believer concerned about what’s going on in the culture, Answers for Pastors and Leaders is for you!

When you register for this year’s Answers for Pastors and Leaders, you’ll receive an annual pass for both the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter so you can keep enjoying these two attractions through 2021 as well!

Deaf Days: October 10–11, 2020

On Sunday, October 11, 2020, the Creation Museum will host its 11th-annual Deaf Day! Kick off the day with a Deaf-led worship service in Legacy Hall at 11 a.m. before exploring the many exhibits and theaters! We will have sign language interpreters throughout the museum to assist our guests during Deaf Day.

Make it a weekend trip and join us for Deaf Days at the Ark Encounter on Saturday, October 10. Join us for a Deaf-led ASL presentation from Calvin Farley inside the Answers Center, along with a presentation by Answers in Genesis speaker Avery Foley, which will feature ASL interpretation.

Creation College Expo: November 5–7, 2020

If you’re the parent of an upper middle school or high school student, mark these dates on your calendar—November 5–7, 2020. Those three days, the Ark Encounter is hosting the annual Creation College Expo at the Ark Encounter!

This free expo allows you to visit one-on-one with representatives from Christian colleges and universities to learn about their different programs and offerings. You’ll also have the opportunity to hear from our world-class apologetics speakers inside the Answers Center, including our founder and CEO Ken Ham, Dr. Georgia Purdom, Bodie Hodge, and Dr. Jennifer Rivera.

In addition to free Ark Encounter admission for students attending the Creation College Expo (immediate family members receive a 20% discount), students and their families will also receive a 20% discount on admission to the Creation Museum!

Explore Days: Dates Vary

Throughout the fall, the Creation Museum will be hosting Explore Days and Explore Jr. for students interested in learning more about diverse fields of science from a biblical worldview. These programs are designed to enhance your students’ understanding through hands-on application, visual presentations, and critical thinking. This year’s topics will cover botany, zoology, and more!

Start making your plans to join us for these exciting programs at the Creation Museum. We have implemented many safety requirements to help you and your family have a healthy visit. We look forward to seeing you this fall!
