As the crown of God’s creation, God made man and woman. Yes, God made man first, but then He said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him” (Genesis 2:18). Virtuous women are a delight to the Lord.
All throughout Scripture we see God’s plan for men as leaders and for women as strong helpers. Women who honor the Lord, obey His commands, and serve their families well are often esteemed in the Bible.
When you walk through the Creation Museum on an immersive tour through the first few chapters of Genesis, you can encounter Eve and explore God’s plan for her life. You’ll meet Eve in the Garden of Eden before sin entered the world and you’ll journey with her past her disobedience to God, to the first death as a result of her and Adam’s sin, to where she becomes the first mother on earth.
We want to invite you as women—or the women in your life—to the Creation Museum to encounter God’s plan and to rejoice in the many blessings of our Lord. On April 30, 2016, ladies ages 10 and up can enjoy an event called “Hats Off to a Virtuous Woman” at the Creation Museum, complete with a hot brunch, worship, teaching, shopping, pampering, and even a take-home gift. After the morning’s event women will want to meet up again with their families to round off the day by exploring the edifying museum exhibits.
Find out more and register for “Hats Off to a Virtuous Woman” on our website before April 20, 2016.
