Hey kids! Here’s another chance to win a great prize package from the Creation Museum! This summer we are celebrating the ongoing construction happening at the Ark Encounter property with a coloring contest!
Our coloring page depicts Noah’s Ark on the waters of the world’s most catastrophic flood. Where did all that water come from? Apparently there were several sources of water, such as water released from lava and water pushed up by the rising ocean floor. Even today, the average depth of the ocean is 2.3 miles. If the surface were smoothed out, the water would cover the whole earth to a depth of about 1.6 miles. Sinking continents or rising ocean floors could submerge all the land in water. That would be one wild ride!
We can only speculate what the voyage of the Ark might have been like for Noah and his family. Your family can experience what it might have been like on the Ark with a visit to the future Ark Encounter.
Entry into the contest is simple: If you are 12 and under, all you have to do is print off the Noah’s Ark coloring page (with your parents’ help) and color it in to create your masterpiece. Then take a picture of it and submit it to the Creation Museum contest page. We will review your entry and post it to the page. To win, share the picture as many times as you can with friends and family. The picture with the most “likes” on Facebook by July 31, 2015, wins!
We’ve put together an incredible prize package. It includes four (4) tickets to the Creation Museum ($120.00 value), the Buddy Davis’ Amazing Adventures DVD series ($29.99 value), 1 Kids Library Pack ($99.99 value), and the new Wild Brothers: Welcome to Our World DVD ($14.99 value). That’s an amazing prize pack full of apologetic materials valued at more than $250!
