If you were to interview the staff who work at Answers in Genesis and the Creation Museum, you would find that many have transplanted to Northern Kentucky just so that they could have the opportunity to work for the ministry. Then once they get settled in, they find a real home! In fact, just recently, the ministry received a special recognition called “Top Workplace,” an award given out in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region based on a survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics.

This is not the first time that the organization has received this award. Earlier this year an independent and confidential survey was conducted of the employees to determine the organizational health and happiness of those that work here.
