New Addition is Born in the Petting Zoo

The Creation Museum welcomed its newest addition—a miniature donkey—to the Petting Zoo this weekend. The proud mama, named Buttercup, pictured here with her brand new baby girl Reese, will be part of the upcoming Christmas event, Bethlehem's Blessings, being held at the Museum, December 12–January 4.

One of the pavilions near the Petting Zoo will be turned into a recreated town of Bethlehem. Preparations are going on all this month for Bethlehem's Blessings, which will begin on December 12 and run through January 4, 2009.
