I hope you enjoyed reading about the volunteers and the work they accomplished last week. We definitely could not have gotten as much done if they had not been here. Along with all of the work the volunteers completed, there were several other exciting things that took place throughout the week.
The Fabricators completed the ceiling in Noahs Place Café with the exception of the coverings for the lights. This week they are working on the tables and booths for the Café. The front gate was installed on Thursday and there will be additional stonework installed along with more fencing.
Another exciting thing took place last week two of our animatronic children and a squirrel were installed on the rocks of the waterfall. It was so amazing to see the installation process and watch the children come to life. Some of the animatronic dinosaurs will soon be installed as well.
We also got ready for the 1st ever Staff picnic here at the Museum. On Ken Ham's blog, he told you about some of the highlights from the picnic, but on Friday, Sam, a member of our Museum Operations Staff, will share with you his experience of planning and implementing a successful picnic.
Thanks again for joining us. We appreciate all of your prayers and support for the museum.
