Stargazer’s Nights (April 20 and October 12, 2013)
Join us for a customized version of our popular Stargazer’s Nights—free for museum members! Watch a special program in our Planetarium, gaze into the heavens through powerful telescopes in the Johnson Observatory, and learn more about God’s incredible creation.
Dr. Crawley’s Insectorium “Sneak Peak” (May 24, 2013)
Catch a sneak peak of our newest museum exhibit—Dr. Crawley’s Insectorium. Explore the fascinating world of insects in this one-of-a-kind display. Exhibit designers will be on hand offering an exclusive “behind-the-scenes” perspective.
Member Appreciation Week (May 27–31)
The museum was built with the financial support of thousands of members. And since opening, the generosity of our members has played a vital role in sustaining the museum’s daily operations. Join us as we say “thank you” during Member Appreciation Week with many special opportunities.
Fossil Hunt (June 1 and September 14, 2013)
Spend a day exploring the rich fossil beds at Caesar Creek Lake in Warren County Ohio. This low-cost, members-only event is led by Answers in Genesis geologist Dr. Andrew Snelling.
Family Fishing and Camping (June 8–9, 2013)
Join the fourth annual fishing event at the Creation Museum. Set in the beautiful botanical gardens on our three-acre lake. Bring your camping gear and stay overnight with us. A special devotional service will follow on Sunday morning.
Archery Workshop (June 29, 2013)
Shoot a bull’s eye on the Creation Museum archery course. Learn international-style target archery using lessons developed by the National Archery in Schools Program ®.
New! Creation Caving Adventure with Buddy Davis (August 10, 2013)
Are you ready to get dirty? Come join Buddy Davis in Tennessee to explore Cumberland Caverns, and discover the adventure that awaits underground. Includes dinner, a concert in the cave, and the opportunity to spend the night underground!
Scope It Out with Dr. David Menton (October 26, 2013)
Whether you are a student, a teacher, or someone who just wants to delve into the world of the microscopic, this class is for you! Enjoy an introduction to microscopy and learn the proper use and care of microscopes. Come join us as we Scope It Out!
