There has been a foundational shift in our culture from God's Word as authority, to man's word. If we are going to reach today's culture with the gospel, we must adopt a method that takes into account this foundational change. If we continue doing what we've always done, ignoring the foundational issues that have changed the culture, the church will become increasingly ineffective in "touching" this culture for Christ.
