Ocean Adventure Pre-Show

April 7, 2012

The ocean is coming to Kentucky! Wayne and Karen Brown are once again bringing their exciting Ocean Adventure program to the Creation Museum. Dive into the world of oceanography and learn about the enormous whale shark—the largest shark in the world. This high-energy, fast-moving presentation combines actual specimens, biological models, high-tech SCUBA diving equipment, and more. Travel with the Browns to the Belize Barrier Reef as they search for (and find) whale sharks, via a high-definition video presentation. Members receive a 10 percent discount on the $3.50 ticket.

As a special treat for members, Wayne and Karen are inviting you to the workshop early for a free pre-show. The Browns will share further in-depth testimony of the importance of young-earth creationism in the work they do—including the impact that Ken Ham, Answers in Genesis, and the Institute for Creation Research have had on their research. You will also discover more about the sharks they have documented around the world and how they came to be involved in the field of shark research. Visit our blog to learn more about the workshop they’re bringing to the museum, or see www.TheOceanAdventure.com.

We cannot wait for the next [event] . . . so we can come again and hopefully plan for a longer trip [with] more time to watch the shows in the museum and appreciate it more. Even though we made a fast trip there and back home we loved it and were more relaxed on this trip than any other we have ever been on.”
