Host a Private Event at the Creation Museum

Picture your next corporate, church, or other private event at the beautiful Creation Museum. Set against the backdrop of the state-of-the-art 75,000-square-foot museum, your event will be sure to impress. Our sweeping facilities and lush botanical gardens will welcome your guests for an event everyone will remember!

The picturesque outdoor accommodations—including our gazebo, pavilion, and dock area—are suited for your company or church picnic or your garden club tour.

Indoors, we offer several fully equipped conference rooms available for trainings. Our dining facilities are set amidst exhibits that bring the pages of the Bible to life. You can dine with the dinosaurs or next to the Garden of Eden.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I see the space in person?

Yes, we recommend that you schedule an appointment with an event coordinator. To speak with a special event coordinator, call (859) 727-2222 ext 255 or e-mail the address listed above.

When does a deposit need to be made?

Once your event has been booked with an event coordinator, you will be sent a contract and/or reservation confirmation outlining the details of your event. A signed copy of the contract and 10 percent of the rental fees is due within a month. The balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

Do you have a discounted rate for non-profit groups?

No, we are a non-profit group ourselves. We do have a wide range of prices and rental options and will do our best to work within your budget.

Can private events be held at any time of the day?

We do have a few private rooms that can be rented during the day. Areas that are open to the public during the operating hours of the museum are available for rental after 6:00 PM.

How long can we stay?

Rental time is a three-hour period; your event coordinator will work with you on special time requirements.

Can we bring in any caterer or provide the food/beverage ourselves?

You are welcome to bring your own cake. We offer extensive options for your dining selection from moderately priced to gourmet. Please contact us for our menus, which may be customized if you have a special food request. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises of the Creation Museum and is therefore not allowed at receptions or other events scheduled at our facilities.

Do you have decor restrictions?

We do not allow confetti, rice, or helium balloons. We also do not allow items to be nailed or taped to the walls.

Do you have audio/visual equipment for rental for my event?

Yes, we have a wide range of audio/visual equipment, including projector packages, screens, microphones, and speakers.

Do you have parking available on site?

Yes, we provide free parking.
