    These powerful presentations from Answers in Genesis’ dynamic speakers examine a variety of topics including the relevance of Genesis in today’s world.

    Dinosaurs are used more than anything else to indoctrinate children and adults in evolutionary thinking of millions of years regarding origins. The Bible gives us a framework for explaining dinosaurs in terms of thousands of years of history, including the mystery of when they lived and what happened to them.

    This event is free with paid museum admission or Museum membership. Seating is first come first served.

    Enjoy the experience of a camel ride at the Creation Museum’s Petting Zoo! Our friendly dromedary camels are often available to give you a ride.

    Did you know that riding a camel is quite different from riding a horse, the most obvious difference being the hump? A camel’s height and special gait makes camel-riding a whole new experience.

    Rides are weather permitting, so please check conditions once you arrive at the museum. Tickets are sold at the Petting Zoo and are not available for advance purchase.

    Bugs in the Bible

    Children ages 3–8 are invited to join us for Dino-Mite Readers at the Creation Museum. This free program is an interactive and engaging reading time featuring Christian and Creation children's books from the Museum's own Dragon Hall bookstore.

    Genesis 1:25 “And God made…everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.” This fun theme looks at God’s incredible creation of bugs and uses an awesome book that talks about being and making friends.

    Dino-Mite Readers is an interactive and engaging reading time featuring Christian and Creation children’s books from the Museum’s own Dragon Hall bookstore.

    This program is free with paid Museum admission or Museum membership.

  • Cedarville University Mining Company Sluice: Pan for gems

    At the Cedarville Mining Company sluice, designed in partnership with Cedarville University, you can enjoy an interactive mining experience. As you pan a bag of dirt you will uncover your own gemstones and then identify them while learning about geology.

    The sluice’s operation is weather permitting, so please check conditions once you arrive at the museum. Bags of dirt are sold at the sluice.

    We often hear the expression that “beauty is more than skin deep.” While this is certainly true, there is amazing beauty to be found in the design of skin itself. Few people are aware of all the essential functions the skin performs. In this presentation Dr. Menton examines the marvelous complexity of human skin using electron micrographs and a light microscope. Join us and discover that truly, Beauty Is Skin Deep.

    Join Dr. Menton as he explores the largest organ in the human body. We often hear the expression that “beauty is more than skin deep”. While this is certainly true, beauty is also “skin deep.” There are many amazing things about our skin that few people are familiar with. In this presentation Dr. Menton examines the marvelous functional complexity of human skin using the light and electron microscopes.

    Enjoy an after-hours event exploring some of God’s most amazing stellar creations. This popular program features astronomical teaching and an exciting outside journey through the night sky.

    Enjoy an after-hours event exploring some of God’s most amazing stellar creations with astronomer Dr. Danny Faulkner. This popular program will begin at 9:00 with devotions and a special showing of the a Planetarium presentation not normally shown. Then we will lead an exciting journey through the night sky examining constellations, stars, globular star clusters and more using our powerful telescopes.

    If the skies are cloudy we will head inside for a unique teaching session utilizing the state of the art digital projector and domed ceiling of the Planetarium. Either way this will be a one-of-a-kind journey through the cosmos that you will thoroughly enjoy and not soon forget.

    Tickets are $15.95 per person. This event is designed for older children and adults, but budding astronomers age 12 and under can attend for only $10.95 (all attendees must purchase a ticket).
