  • Camel Rides

    None - Oct 25th at 1:00pm – 4:45pm

    Camel Rides

    $5.00

Riding a camel is quite different from riding a horse, the most obvious difference being the hump. Because weight distribution is important, light-weight riders can ride in front of the hump while others ride behind it. But the hump is not the only difference. A camel’s height and special gait makes camel-riding a whole new experience.

Tickets are $5 per rider and can be purchased at the petting zoo. Rides are weather permitting, so please check conditions once you arrive at the museum.

Enjoy the experience of a camel ride at the Creation Museum’s Petting Zoo! Our friendly dromedary camels are often available to give you a ride.

  • Featured Presenter: Dr. Georgia Purdom "The Genetics of Adam and Eve"

    Feature Presentations - Oct 25th at 3:00pm – 4:00pm

Dr. Georgia Purdom "The Genetics of Adam and Eve"

    with Georgia Purdom

These powerful presentations from Answers in Genesis’s dynamic speakers examine a variety of topics including the relevance of Genesis in today’s world.

One of the biggest debates in evangelical Christianity today is whether or not Adam and Eve were real people. Sadly many Christian theologians and scientists believe that genetics has disproven the existence of an original couple specially created by God. In addition to accommodate a non-literal Adam and Eve, many have begun to redefine sin and salvation. In this presentation we will explore both the theological importance of Adam and Eve to the gospel and how the science of genetics supports and is consistent with the fact that all humans have descended from an original couple created by God as described in Genesis.

This event is free with paid museum admission or Museum membership. Seating is first come first served.

  • Dino-Mite Readers: Don't Forget the Fall

    None - Oct 26th at 4:00pm – 4:30pm

    Don't Forget the Fall

Children ages 3–8 are invited to join us for Dino-Mite Readers at the Creation Museum. This free program is an interactive and engaging reading time featuring Christian and Creation children's books from the Museum's own Dragon Hall bookstore.

In the beginning when God created the world, he took six days to make everything and at the end of each day he said it was good. When He made man, He said it was very good. When Adam sinned, everything changed. As bad as this all seems, we know that just like the fall season, so the fall of man is a season. When God created everything, He knew that this fall would happen and He had a plan to save man from his sin. Romans 5:12 “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned."
