Using visually stunning computer animations we will explore the complexities of the inner workings of the cell and gain a greater appreciation of the designs of the Creator God.

    Don't Forget the Fall

Children ages 3–8 are invited to join us for Dino-Mite Readers at the Creation Museum. This free program is an interactive and engaging reading time featuring Christian and Creation children's books from the Museum's own Dragon Hall bookstore.

In the beginning when God created the world, he took six days to make everything and at the end of each day he said it was good. When He made man, He said it was very good. When Adam sinned, everything changed. As bad as this all seems, we know that just like the fall season, so the fall of man is a season. When God created everything, He knew that this fall would happen and He had a plan to save man from his sin. Romans 5:12 “Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned."

  • Camel Rides

    None - Oct 23rd at 2:00pm – 4:00pm

    Camel Rides

    $5.00

Riding a camel is quite different from riding a horse, the most obvious difference being the hump. Because weight distribution is important, light-weight riders can ride in front of the hump while others ride behind it. But the hump is not the only difference. A camel’s height and special gait makes camel-riding a whole new experience.

Tickets are $5 per rider and can be purchased at the petting zoo. Rides are weather permitting, so please check conditions once you arrive at the museum.

Enjoy the experience of a camel ride at the Creation Museum’s Petting Zoo! Our friendly dromedary camels are often available to give you a ride.

  • Formed to Fly

    Discover the Truth - Oct 23rd at 2:30pm – 3:30pm

    Formed to Fly

    with David Menton

    $3.50

Evolutionists commonly claim that birds evolved from dinosaurs based on the similarity between feathers and reptile scales. In this workshop Dr. Menton will show you that nothing could be further from the truth. After handling feathers and snake skins and observing them microscopically, you’ll be convinced that there is no way that reptile scales could have evolved into feathers. Join us and discover for yourself that birds were Formed to Fly!

Evolutionists have long argued that birds evolved by chance from reptiles. However, in this interactive workshop, you will see that no two classes of vertebrates differ more dramatically than do reptiles and birds. Unlike the dinosaurs, from which birds are said to have evolved, birds are truly “formed to fly.” Dr. Menton examines the feathers of birds and compares them to reptile scales (and so will you as he passes samples around the room). Contrary to the claims of evolutionists, feathers are profoundly different from scales in every respect.

Tickets are $3.50 with museum admission; Members and Passholders receive a 10% discount off on-site purchases. This workshop is sponsored by Bob Jones University.

These powerful presentations from Answers in Genesis’s dynamic speakers examine a variety of topics including the relevance of Genesis in today’s world.

Dinosaurs are probably used more than anything to convince children and even adults that the Bible is not true and that you have to believe in millions of years. Sadly, many people think that the Bible has nothing to do with dinosaurs. However, once you accept the true history of the world as given in the Bible (and particularly the first eleven chapters of the book of Genesis), you can easily understand dinosaurs … and thus correctly interpret the evidence from the fossils to correctly understand dinosaurs. Evolutionists speak of an “age of dinosaurs” over millions of years, but in this session, we will talk about the five ages of dinosaurs—but they have nothing to do with millions of years!

This event is free with paid museum admission or Museum membership. Seating is first come first served.

Few people are aware of all the essential functions the skin performs. In this presentation Dr. Menton examines the marvelous complexity of human skin using electron micrographs and a light microscope. Join us and discover that truly, Beauty Is Skin Deep.
