Why Compromise Biblical Authority?

by Creation Museum on February 7, 2010

This presentation deals with the compromise that Christians make in trying to add millions of years to the Bible, and the different ways they try to do that. The “day-age” theory, Progressive creation, Theistic evolution, and the Gap theory are dealt with in some detail. Then, using quotes from evolutionists, we show that the evolutionists themselves know that evolution is a faith-based religious system. The talk finishes by asking “Why compromise?” and discussing some of the consequences of compromising with the religion of evolution.

Presented at 12:00 on Tuesday, February 09, this presentation is part of the Museum’s Answers Speaker Series and is free with Museum admission or membership. Seating is first come first served, so you'’ll want to arrive early to make sure you can hear this engaging presentation. Raised as a missionary kid in Thailand, James Gardner accepted Christ at a young age, but it was not until much later that he came to understand the problems with the evolutionary worldview. He started studying the evidence for creation, and today he is in full-time ministry to share what he has learned. You can learn more about James Gardner at this link.

Keep an eye on our Events Calendar for more upcoming talks. Just this week you can hear excellent speakers like Ken Ham, Dr. Terry Mortenson, Dr. Tommy Mitchell, and Buddy Davis.
